Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using SAM Alerts, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. What SAM Alerts Provides

SAM Alerts is a notification and monitoring tool that aggregates publicly available federal contract opportunities from SAM.gov and delivers them based on your configured watchlists. We are not affiliated with SAM.gov or the U.S. government.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information during registration. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Resell or redistribute SAM Alerts data without written permission
• Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse the platform
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

5. Billing & Cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months, but contact us within 7 days of your first charge and we'll make it right.

6. Accuracy Disclaimer

SAM Alerts aggregates data from SAM.gov and makes reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy and timeliness. However, we do not guarantee that all opportunities will be captured or that alert timing will meet any specific deadline. Always verify opportunities directly on SAM.gov before responding.

7. Limitation of Liability

SAM Alerts is provided "as is." We are not liable for missed opportunities, delayed alerts, or any damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the prior 30 days.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of SAM Alerts after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We'll notify you of material changes via email.
